Technological auxiliary agent based on peracetic acid for hatching eggs shell used for production of egg products.

Application

Arbicid NUK-15 allows to prevent transferring the pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms from the eggs shell per in the breaker eggs in the recycling process. The agent is a highly effective disinfectant for gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, including bacteria of group Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococci, Salmonella and mould fungi.
